Who we are
Radford Advisory Limited is the operator of this website. Our contact details are set out on the Contact page. The insolvency practitioners appointed in a formal insolvency procedure act as data controllers to the extent required by data protection legislation.
Website enquiries
When you request a callback, we collect the name, company name, telephone number, email address, reason for enquiry, preferred callback time and any optional comments you provide. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, assess whether we can assist and administer our initial contact with you.
Please do not submit special-category personal data, detailed financial records or information about other people unless we ask you to do so through an appropriate secure channel.
Our lawful basis and recipients
We process website-enquiry information because it is necessary for our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into an engagement. We use Resend to transmit website-enquiry emails to our office mailbox. We may also share information where necessary with professional advisers, insurers, regulators, law-enforcement agencies or other parties where required or permitted by law.
Retention
Where no engagement results, we normally retain website-enquiry records for up to 12 months after our last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is necessary to deal with a complaint, legal claim or regulatory obligation. If we are instructed, the retention arrangements in the engagement documentation and the relevant insolvency procedure will apply.
Insolvency appointments
In insolvency appointments, personal data is processed to carry out statutory and professional duties. This can include dealing with creditors, employees, claims, company records, investigations and related matters. Information is kept secure and retained for the periods required by legislation, regulation and the circumstances of the appointment.
Your rights and concerns
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, erasure of or restriction of your personal information, and to object to certain processing.
