2. Investigation
Your complaint will be investigated by a senior member of the firm who was not directly involved in the matters giving rise to your concern. Complaints are normally handled by Edward Bible. A complaint relating to Edward Bible will be investigated by John Radford.
3. Formal response
We aim to provide a substantive written response within 21 days. If additional time is required, we will explain the reason and provide an estimated response date.
Complain about Radford Advisory externally
You should normally raise your complaint with us first. If you remain dissatisfied with our response to a complaint concerning one of our licensed insolvency practitioners, you can refer it through the Insolvency Service's official complaints route.
